A Vocational Assessment is the in depth analysis of determining an individual's interests, preferences, abilities, aptitudes and skills to identify vocational strengths, needs, and career potential.
   

A comprehensive report is provided which identifies a vocational goals, suitable career options and with detailed information about job role, salary, training requirements/costs and a local labour market analysis. It includes costed recommendations for any assistance required such as support, training, vocational counselling/coaching, CV development, interview preparation etc. in order to address any barriers and help facilitate a sustained return to work or meaningful occupation.

Transferable Skills Analysis

This is a systematic process of identifying an individual's work abilities or traits through a detailed analysis of their vocational history, education and medical information.


A comprehensive report is provided identifying occupations that may be explored as possible occupation for the individual based on their previous skills and experience.

Vocational Case Management

Vocational Case Management is an active process involving the development and implementation of a tailored rehabilitation programme to support the individual and their employer to remain in or return to work. It is carried out by one of our Vocational Case Managers (VCM) who will coordinate with all relevant parties.


Our Vocational Case Management includes a bespoke combination of:

  • Return to work preparation
  • Creative solutions to address barriers
  • Guidance on adjustments and modifications to job roles 
  • Education on health conditions
  • Return to work planning and monitoring
  • Assistance and support for employer and employee 
  • Reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act (2010) where applicable
